We measure and quantify on site and set out the cost and schedule limits of the investment clearly.

We coordinate architectural, structural and mechanical drawings and resolve clashes before construction begins.

Construction
Under a single site manager we manage subcontractors and the supply chain, and monitor occupational safety continuously.

Handover & Follow-up
Snag lists are closed, the facility is commissioned, and technical support continues throughout the warranty period.
