Our company was founded in 1995 in Ankara as a two-partner family business. Our purpose is to serve by using the values of labour, capital and time in a balanced, appropriate and purposeful way.
Our main goal is to secure this balance with an approach in harmony with nature that respects the right of each element to live and develop, to turn it into an institutional structure and, as a result, to grow in a healthy way.

Superstructure Contracting
Structural design plus rough and fine construction for reinforced-concrete and steel superstructures, delivered turnkey.
Residential Projects (Build-for-Share)
We develop villa and multi-unit residential projects with landowners under the build-for-share (kat karşılığı) model, managing the process from permit to occupancy.
Engineering & Consultancy
Survey, quantity take-off, feasibility and project management that back the investor’s cost and schedule decisions with data from the field.
Decoration & Interior Fit-Out
Meeting rooms, reception halls and office floors in private and corporate buildings — interior work that demands precise detailing.
Hypermarket & Mall Works
